Dr. Ramesh has returned back to India after extensive training and experience abroad(see profile). His aim in starting this website is to provide a simple, informative and interactive, patient oriented urology website so that patients take an active part in decision making regarding their condition and consequent treatment.

Urology is the medical specialty that deals in the medical and surgical diseases of the kidneys and urinary tract, which include the ureters, bladder and urethra, and the male reproductive system and genitalia.   Consultation with Dr.Ramesh will be confidential and every legal requirment will be met. Appointments for consultations can be booked, and subject to three clear working days notice, using our online booking service.   Also called as keyhole surgery is a modern surgical technique in which operations in the abdomen are performed through small incisions (usually 0.5-1.5cm) as compared to larger incisions needed in traditional surgical procedures.
In the last few decade, the field of Urology has been on a rapid rise with the development of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, laser & laparoscopic surgery, endourological advances and medical therapy for benign prostatatic enlargement. [more]

  Laparosopic nephrectomy is a minimally invasive technique, which provides patients with less discomfort and equivalent results. when compared to the larger incision required with traditional open surgery.
