Vasectomy is a male sterilization done blocking the tubes that carry sperm from the testis to the penis.

Vasectomy reversal has 50% success rate when done within 10 years of vasectomy and it drops to 25% if done after 10 years.

Surgery is done using a microscope. Presently robotic assisted vasovasostomy has increased the rate of success for this procedure.
